I still waiting at this time expecting for justice in special from the authority's in resolve or/and clarify to take action to give the who is the responsible of the death's case of Anna Nicole and of its son Daniel, I am going to begin from now on another way of calling the attention in this case. First, I am going to begin to use the advertising online to publish my own point of view/declaration and to give details that can help the clarification of the case. I don't have the elements or direct proof of involving that can carry directly to the justice in which I consider involuntary homicide, but I can give details the as, when and the because of the circuntance that passed.

I hope that after this case the AJ James Brown can have cause to accuse of Homicide ( 2 counts) Howard K Stern, My major interest is to clear the Daniel Smith dead, he was a 100%+ INNOCENT victim. Howard K Stern is lost and can commit suicide, the it was confident and I risk him all by anna and to be able to win the legal battle against the former-husband of Anna Nicole. The time I betray it and I do not win anything. Today the this it lost, without money, discredited and its friends are abandoning it little by little. Wise since the year 2004 when harms to work with Anna that this will to happen and never even that this happen.I always put in doubt your behavior and always I comment on the possibility of the death of Daniel and happen. After this I alert on the death of Anna for behalf of Howard and happen again and today, I expect to be able to save or that someone can watch for the life of Howard that in these moments the serious suicide the only way to escape.

Anna Nicole Smith death
Since the death of Daniel Smith and her mother Anna Nicole Smith the case was a mystery, Why? Well let me talk some about myself, my name is Allan Nazario-Segarra and I was a Tour Director for Trimspa in 2004 and I learn from this time a little about Anna, Daniel, Howard, Alex... and the work that I perform in Trimspa. Part of my duty was transport, setup, companion, be part... in events and promotions such nascar, indy, derby, commercial advertising... enough time to me to know how is going on the life of Anna, Daniel and Howard up to the death. Before to continue and want to you know that my declaration about the death was given short after her death in the TV, radio, newspaper... Today, after the Bush administration is gone, I hope to help and support from the people like you and me that believe in the innocence of Anna and her son Daniel. I'm 100% convinced that Anna and her son Daniel death not was a accidental and I believe that this deaths was involuntary homicide. But, I'm 100% sure that a least one guy or maybe two is responsible on both deaths and I'll repeat again responsible of the death. Why after Bush administration gone? Because, the Bush had been involved in declaration on favor on Anna Nicole lawyers. Today, can be different. If I can get help from the public we can ask to secretary of justice to order a full investigation on Anna Nicole case. Let the people to know the truth from all involved on Anna life.

Howard K. Stern's arraignment in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case has been delayed until May 13. I still believing that is only one person responsible for the Anna Nicole and Daniel.

Today, we see as the FBI and the police department of California they seek all the way for clear of the death of Michael Jackson and that suffers that today itself has not done a lot by investigating in depth the death of Anna Nicloe and that of its son Daniel that to my judgment if was a homicide. At least the case of Anna Nicole I sit down a precedent in the United States that the except they are investigating all with respect to the famous.
The case of Michael Jackson was a Doctor already hired by Michael so that took care of him. In the case of Anna Nicole not exist the Doctor and he was Howard K. Stern that supplied the drugs to Anna Nicole. I expect that Big Moe, the guard of Anna Nicole speak and the truth speak and if he needs protection by its security or for some another matter as the witness, complicate, etc... that negotiate with the authorities. Here no one must be afraid nothing Mr. Big Moe, you know that you can contribute to the clarification of this case, unless you also are involved wrapped and if it these, negotiates with the L.A. County District Attorney's Office.
